About the role

Enviro Recruitment are working with an established Landscape Architecture consultancy based in Greater Manchester who are looking for talented landscape architects at all levels to join their growing team. The practice delivers high-quality landscape design, planning and environmental services across a broad portfolio including residential, commercial, infrastructure, education and public realm projects. They pride themselves on producing innovative, sustainable design solutions and have built a strong reputation for client service and technical excellence. They are seeking landscape architects from graduate level through to senior and associate — the right candidate will be someone who shares their passion for landscape design, sustainability and the built environment. Job Roles: • Prepare landscape designs, masterplans and visualisations for a range of project types and scales. • Produce landscape and visual impact assessments (LVIA), design and access statements and planning documents. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including ecologists, arboriculturalists, planners and engineers. • Undertake site appraisals, surveys and client meetings both independently and as part of a team. • Manage projects from inception through to construction and handover, ensuring programmes and budgets are met. • Mentor and support junior staff, contributing to the continued development of the team. • Keep up to date with industry standards, software and best practice in landscape architecture. Job Requirements: • A degree or postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture (or working towards chartered status). • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp; experience with Revit, Lumion or GIS is desirable. • Strong graphic, design and written communication skills. • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites and meetings as required. Salary range £30,000+ per annum dependent on experience.
