Enviro Recruitment is a trading name of Found First Recruitment, a trading style of Found First Digital ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

• Candidates: name, email address, telephone number, CV (including employment history, qualifications, references, and any personal information you choose to include), cover note, role applied for, and your consent choices.
• Employers: company name, contact name, email, phone, and the content of your enquiry.
• Website visitors: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and (with consent) analytics data — see our cookies policy.

• Processing your application — to assess suitability, contact you about roles, and (with your explicit consent) share your CV with prospective third-party employers. Lawful basis: consent and our legitimate interests in providing recruitment services.
• Responding to employer enquiries — to deliver the recruitment services you have requested. Lawful basis: legitimate interests and (where a contract exists) performance of contract.
• Site operation and improvement — to run the website securely and improve it. Lawful basis: legitimate interests; for non-essential analytics cookies, consent.
• Legal and regulatory — to comply with our legal obligations.

We will only share your CV and personal details with prospective employers, clients or end-hirers after you have given your explicit consent via the tick-box on our application form. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing privacy@envirorecruitment.co.uk. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal.

We also share data with trusted service providers who help us run the site (hosting, email, secure file storage). These providers act under our instructions and are contractually bound to protect your data.

• Candidate data and CVs: up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, then deleted unless you ask us to retain them longer.
• Employer enquiries: for the duration of our working relationship plus 6 years for tax and contractual records.
• Website analytics: aggregated only after 26 months.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Have your data deleted ("right to be forgotten").
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Data portability.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

CVs are stored in private, access-controlled cloud storage. Access is restricted to authorised Enviro Recruitment staff. Data in transit is protected with TLS.

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses).

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised.
